Ingredients

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 lb bay scallop
- 1/4 cup wine
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1 lb tomato, chopped
Recipe
- 1 in a 1.5-2 qt casserole, combine onion and oil.
- 2 cover and microwave on high 3 minutes, stirring once.
- 3 add remainder and microwave 6 minutes or until scallops are tender and cooked.
