Scallops Cacciatore

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 lb bay scallop
  • 1/4 cup wine
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 1 lb tomato, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 in a 1.5-2 qt casserole, combine onion and oil.
  • 2 cover and microwave on high 3 minutes, stirring once.
