Spinach Shells With Salmon Parmesan Tomato And Basil

Ingredients

- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 cup fresh tomato, chopped
- 1 (7 ounce) can salmon, drained
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- 2 cups spinach-flavored pasta shells
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
- black pepper
Recipe
- 1 heat butter in a medium skillet; add onion; sauté 5 minutes.
- 2 add garlic; sauté 1 minute. sir in tomatoes; simmer for 5 minutes.
- 3 add salmon, basil and black pepper to taste.
- 4 meanwhile cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. drain.
- 5 toss with the salmon sauce. serve.
