Spinach Shells With Salmon Parmesan Tomato And Basil

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 cup fresh tomato, chopped
  • 1 (7 ounce) can salmon, drained
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 cups spinach-flavored pasta shells
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
  • black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 heat butter in a medium skillet; add onion; sauté 5 minutes.
  • 2 add garlic; sauté 1 minute. sir in tomatoes; simmer for 5 minutes.
  • 3 add salmon, basil and black pepper to taste.
  • 4 meanwhile cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. drain.
  • 5 toss with the salmon sauce. serve.
