- 4 trout, cleaned
- 4 slices bacon
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 clean trout, wash and pat dry.
- 2 sprinkle trout inside with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- 3 wrap bacon around trout (1 piece per trout or may use more), securing bacon with toothpicks.
- 4 grill over hot coals for 10 minutes per side or when bacon is done trout is usually done.
