Grilled Trout

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 trout, cleaned
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 clean trout, wash and pat dry.
  • 2 sprinkle trout inside with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • 3 wrap bacon around trout (1 piece per trout or may use more), securing bacon with toothpicks.
  • 4 grill over hot coals for 10 minutes per side or when bacon is done trout is usually done.
