Smoked Oyster Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 3/4 ounce) can smoked oysters
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • paprika

Recipe

  • 1 drain the oysters; try to remove as much oil as possible by patting with paper towels.
  • 2 put the oysters into the container of a food processor; process about 10 seconds or until minced.
  • 3 add in the cream cheese, parmesan cheese, and worcestershire sauce; process until well blended.
  • 4 transfer mixture to a bowl; sprinkle lightly with paprika.
  • 5 serve with wheat crackers.
