Smoked Oyster Spread

Ingredients
- 1 (3 3/4 ounce) can smoked oysters
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- paprika
Recipe
- 1 drain the oysters; try to remove as much oil as possible by patting with paper towels.
- 2 put the oysters into the container of a food processor; process about 10 seconds or until minced.
- 3 add in the cream cheese, parmesan cheese, and worcestershire sauce; process until well blended.
- 4 transfer mixture to a bowl; sprinkle lightly with paprika.
- 5 serve with wheat crackers.
