Smoked Salmon Dip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 6 -8 ounces smoked salmon (home smoked if possible)
  • 16 ounces whipped cream cheese
  • liquid smoke
  • horseradish
  • lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 flake the salmon into a medium bowl. add cream cheese, 1/8 - 1/4 t liquid smoke, 1 or 2 t horseradish and 1 t lemon juice. mix well. cover w/plasice wrap, refrigerate overnight. serve with crackers.
