- 6 -8 ounces smoked salmon (home smoked if possible)
- 16 ounces whipped cream cheese
- liquid smoke
- horseradish
- lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 flake the salmon into a medium bowl. add cream cheese, 1/8 - 1/4 t liquid smoke, 1 or 2 t horseradish and 1 t lemon juice. mix well. cover w/plasice wrap, refrigerate overnight. serve with crackers.
