Smoked Salmon Mousse

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces smoked salmon
  • 1/2-3/4 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons red lumpfish caviar
  • black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 in a food processor, process smoked salmon, cream and lemon juice until smooth.
  • 2 fold in lumpfish roe. season with pepper.
