Ingredients
- 8 ounces smoked salmon
- 1/2-3/4 cup whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons red lumpfish caviar
- black pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a food processor, process smoked salmon, cream and lemon juice until smooth.
- 2 fold in lumpfish roe. season with pepper.
