Smoked Salmon Roll Ups

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon capers
  • 1 teaspoon caper juice
  • 1 teaspoon green onion, chopped fine
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • 1/2 lb smoked salmon (or lox)

Recipe

  • 1 combine first 5 ingredients and mix well.
  • 2 spoon a small amount onto salmon strip and roll up. fasten with a toothpick.
  • 3 this can be made up ahead, covered and chilled.
