Swedish Sauce For Fish

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 tablespoons french mustard
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • chopped fresh dill
  • kosher salt
  • fresh ground black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 mix first three ingredients together with whisk.
  • 2 add dill (use dried dill weed if you don't have fresh), salt and pepper to your taste.
  • 3 let set at room temperature for at least one hour before serving.
  • 4 serve over poached fish.
