Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons french mustard
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- chopped fresh dill
- kosher salt
- fresh ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix first three ingredients together with whisk.
- 2 add dill (use dried dill weed if you don't have fresh), salt and pepper to your taste.
- 3 let set at room temperature for at least one hour before serving.
- 4 serve over poached fish.
