Ingredients
- 1 cup wine vinegar
- 3 cups water
- 2 garlic cloves, minced or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 pinch cumin seed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
