Portuguese Marinade For Lamb, Beef Or Fish (vinho De Alhos)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup wine vinegar
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 pinch cumin seed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Recipe

  • 1 mix ingredients together. marinate lamb, beef, or fish in refrigerator for at least 12 hours before sauteing.
