Ingredients

- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 (8 ounce) carton commerical sour cream
- 1 1/4 lbs medium shrimp, peeled, deveined, and cooked
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- pepper
- hot cooked rice
Recipe
- 1 saute onion, green pepper and garlic in butter until tender.
- 2 add remaining ingredients except rice; cook over low heat until thoroughly heated, stirring often.
- 3 serve over rice.
