Crustless Crab Quiche

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • salt
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (fresh grated)
  • 6 ounces crab, flakes (i use imitation louis kemp flake style)
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 400°f.
  • 2 sauté onions in butter until caramelized. add salt to taste.
  • 3 beat eggs and milk together in small bowl.
  • 4 sprinkle parmesan in bottom of well greased muffin trays or pie dish.
  • 5 layer onions, then crab, then feta cheese.
  • 6 pour egg mix over top.
  • 7 cook 20 minute.
  • 8 let cool 8-10 minutes.
  • 9 if it is sticking, scrape the edges with a knife to help release.
