Crustless Crab Quiche

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- salt
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (fresh grated)
- 6 ounces crab, flakes (i use imitation louis kemp flake style)
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 400°f.
- 2 sauté onions in butter until caramelized. add salt to taste.
- 3 beat eggs and milk together in small bowl.
- 4 sprinkle parmesan in bottom of well greased muffin trays or pie dish.
- 5 layer onions, then crab, then feta cheese.
- 6 pour egg mix over top.
- 7 cook 20 minute.
- 8 let cool 8-10 minutes.
- 9 if it is sticking, scrape the edges with a knife to help release.
