Fried Fish Batter

Total Time: 2 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 2 hrs Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 12 ounces beer
  • 1 ounce dry yeast

Recipe

  • 1 dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup water --
  • 2 mix all ingredients and let stand at room temperature for 2 hours before using.
  • 3 leftover butter can be covered and kept refrigerated for 3 weeks.
