Fried Fish Nuggets

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (14 ounce) can salmon, drain and remove bone and skin if desired
- oil (for deep frying)
- tartar sauce (optional)
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl,mix well the first seven ingredients.
- 2 stir in the salmon.
- 3 shape into 1 inch balls.
- 4 heat oil in a deep fat fry to 375 degrees, fry nuggets for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden color is reached.
- 5 drain on paper towels.
- 6 serve with tartar sauce if desired.
