Healthier Clam Dip

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nonfat yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry buttermilk
  • 1 (6 1/2 ounce) can minced clams, drained (reserving 2 tablespoons liquid)
  • 1/4 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne

Recipe

  • 1 in small mixer bowl beet yogurt, buttermilk powder, cayenne and clam liquid until smooth.
  • 2 stir in remaining ingredients.
  • 3 cover and chill thoroughly.
