Ingredients
- 1 cup nonfat yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry buttermilk
- 1 (6 1/2 ounce) can minced clams, drained (reserving 2 tablespoons liquid)
- 1/4 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
Recipe
- 1 in small mixer bowl beet yogurt, buttermilk powder, cayenne and clam liquid until smooth.
- 2 stir in remaining ingredients.
- 3 cover and chill thoroughly.
