Oysters In Bacon

Ingredients

- 8 slices bacon
- 1 pint fresh select oyster, drained
- garlic salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 cut each bacon slice into thirds.
- 2 wrap bacon around each oyster, and secure with a wooden pick.
- 3 place oysters on broiling pan; sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.
- 4 spread 1/8 tsp.
- 5 mustard on each oyster.
- 6 broil oysters about 4" from heat, 2-3 minutes.
- 7 turn and broil an additional 2-3 min.
- 8 or until golden.
- 9 yield: about 12 appetizer servings.
