Oysters In Bacon

Total Time: 14 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 4 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 pint fresh select oyster, drained
  • garlic salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cut each bacon slice into thirds.
  • 2 wrap bacon around each oyster, and secure with a wooden pick.
  • 3 place oysters on broiling pan; sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.
  • 4 spread 1/8 tsp.
  • 5 mustard on each oyster.
  • 6 broil oysters about 4" from heat, 2-3 minutes.
  • 7 turn and broil an additional 2-3 min.
  • 8 or until golden.
  • 9 yield: about 12 appetizer servings.
