Ingredients

- 1 lb frozen haddock
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning or 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- melted butter
Recipe
- 1 combine first four ingredients put in a large sauce pan.
- 2 bring to a boil.
- 3 reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- 4 drain liquid.
- 5 serve with melted butter.
