- 10 slices cucumbers (thickness to your liking, cut diagonally so you get a bigger surface area)
- 100 g smoked salmon
- soy sauce

- 1 put some soy sauce into a flat plate, dip the cucumber slices in the sauce to cover them, then put them on a different plate.
- 2 tear or cut the salmon as you like, put them on top of the slices.
