Riceless Salmon Sushi - Low Carb, Low Cal

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 10 slices cucumbers (thickness to your liking, cut diagonally so you get a bigger surface area)
  • 100 g smoked salmon
  • soy sauce

Recipe

  • 1 put some soy sauce into a flat plate, dip the cucumber slices in the sauce to cover them, then put them on a different plate.
  • 2 tear or cut the salmon as you like, put them on top of the slices.
  • 3 like casual canapes?
