- 2 cups minced clams with juice
- 1 cup cracker crumb
- 1 cup milk (or half-and-half)
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together and let stand for 30 minutes.
- 2 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 3 transfer to a buttered casserole and bake for 45 minutes.
