Scalloped Clam, Nantucket Style

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups minced clams with juice
  • 1 cup cracker crumb
  • 1 cup milk (or half-and-half)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together and let stand for 30 minutes.
  • 2 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 3 transfer to a buttered casserole and bake for 45 minutes.
