Ingredients
- 15 ounces salmon
- 2 eggs, beaten (or egg beaters will work just as well)
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 drain salmon.
- 2 add eggs, flour, and pepper.
- 3 add soda to buttermilk, then add mixture to salmon.
- 4 drop by spoonfuls into a skillet greased with non-stick cooking spray.
- 5 turn as needed until done.
