Ingredients

- 1 (16 ounce) can pink salmon
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 lb cracker, crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (or more if you like)
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (more if u like)
Recipe
- 1 flake fish and add eggs. mix well.
- 2 add cracker crumbs, salt, and cayenne pepper.
- 3 mix well and form into balls the size of a tablespoon.
- 4 fry in a fry daddy or deep pot with oil at 375 degrees, until golden brown.
