- 1 lb boneless salmon fillet, seasoned with
- salt and pepper
- 3/4-1 cup store bought pistachio pesto sauce (or pistachio pesto pistachio pesto)
Recipe
- 1 spread pesto on top of salmon fillet skin side down.
- 2 roast at 450 degrees on parchment paper for about 10-15 minutes begins to flake when pressed with a fork.
