Salmon Dip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 415 g salmon
  • 1/2 a diced onion
  • 250 g philadelphia cream cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 remove the philly cheese from the fridge and let it get to room temperature.
  • 2 remove the salmon from the tin and remove the bones as many as possible and place into a bowl.
  • 3 add the onion and the philly cheese and mix until a semi smooth texture.
  • 4 add salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste and place into the fridge for an hour before serving.
  • 5 serve with bread or your favourite crackers.
