Salmon Dip

Ingredients

- 415 g salmon
- 1/2 a diced onion
- 250 g philadelphia cream cheese
- salt and pepper
- lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 remove the philly cheese from the fridge and let it get to room temperature.
- 2 remove the salmon from the tin and remove the bones as many as possible and place into a bowl.
- 3 add the onion and the philly cheese and mix until a semi smooth texture.
- 4 add salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste and place into the fridge for an hour before serving.
- 5 serve with bread or your favourite crackers.
