Salmon Dip

Ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon rind, grated
- 2 tablespoons celery, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped
- 1 (7 3/4 ounce) can salmon, drained
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a blender or food processor, blend cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and rind.
- 2 stir in remaining ingredients.
- 3 adjust seasoning to taste with salt and pepper.
- 4 chill.
