Salmon Gravy

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (14 ounce) can pink salmon
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 4 cups milk
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 take the bones out of the can salmon.
  • 2 heat the oil on high heat.
  • 3 turn down the heat to medium add the all-purpose flour and whisk it up in the oil until light brown.
  • 4 then add the milk and salmon and whisk it around until all mixed up.
  • 5 add the salt and pepper for taste.
  • 6 keep whisking until it gets thick.
  • 7 serve with toast or rice.
