Salmon Loaf----or Cakes

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can salmon
- 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs (scant)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 teaspoon minced onion
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/2 green pepper (finely chopped (optional)
Recipe
- 1 soak the breadcrumbs in the milk for a short time.
- 2 mix all the rest of the ingredients well.
- 3 form into a loaf, put in a loaf pan, or make patties and fry in a little butter.
- 4 bake 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
