Sunshine's Shrimp Mold

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 36
  • 1.5 (1/3 ounce) envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 2 cups shrimp, chopped
  • 1 (10 ounce) can tomato soup
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon creole mustard
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 3/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped

Recipe

  • 1 dissolve gelatin in water and set aside.
  • 2 over low heat, melt cream cheese into soup.
  • 3 combine mayonnaise, horseradish, mustard and pepper in bowl.
  • 4 remove cheese and soup from when blended.
  • 5 add add ingredients together and mix well.
  • 6 pour into mold and refrigerate until set.
  • 7 serve with crackers.
