Sunshine's Shrimp Mold

Ingredients
- Servings: 36
- 1.5 (1/3 ounce) envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 2 cups shrimp, chopped
- 1 (10 ounce) can tomato soup
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1 tablespoon creole mustard
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
Recipe
- 1 dissolve gelatin in water and set aside.
- 2 over low heat, melt cream cheese into soup.
- 3 combine mayonnaise, horseradish, mustard and pepper in bowl.
- 4 remove cheese and soup from when blended.
- 5 add add ingredients together and mix well.
- 6 pour into mold and refrigerate until set.
- 7 serve with crackers.
