Salmon Loaf

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can salmon
  • 1 cup saltine crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons minced onions
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 dash pepper

Recipe

  • 1 drain and flake salmon.
  • 2 add all other ingredients and mix lightly.
  • 3 pour mixture into well greased 8"x4" loaf pan.
  • 4 bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
