Ingredients

- 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can salmon
- 1 cup saltine crumbs
- 2 tablespoons minced onions
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 dash pepper
Recipe
- 1 drain and flake salmon.
- 2 add all other ingredients and mix lightly.
- 3 pour mixture into well greased 8"x4" loaf pan.
- 4 bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
