Ingredients

- 1 (16 ounce) can salmon
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 teaspoons grated onions
- 3 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley
Recipe
- 1 drain and flake salmon, removing skin and bones.
- 2 combine salmon with next 6 ingredients; mix thoroughly.
- 3 chill several hours.
- 4 combine pecans and parsley.
- 5 shape salmon mixture in 8x2-inch log; roll in nut mixture.
- 6 chill well.
- 7 pass crackers.
