- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 2 teaspoons instant minced onion
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 drops liquid smoke

- 1 soften cheese. de-bone salmon. combine all ingredients. mold into a ball and roll in pecans or sprinkle with parsley.
