Salmon Patties

Total Time: 17 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 7 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 14 ounces canned salmon
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups seasoned bread crumbs

Recipe

  • 1 drain salmon, and set aside.reserve 2 tbls of juice.
  • 2 in medium mixing bowl, mix salmon, egg and onion till sticky.
  • 3 stir in flour and baking powder to reserved salmon juice.and then add all the ingredients together --
  • 4 add enough bread crubs to form into small patties.and fry in hot grease till golden brown.
