Ingredients

- 14 ounces canned salmon
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
Recipe
- 1 drain salmon, and set aside.reserve 2 tbls of juice.
- 2 in medium mixing bowl, mix salmon, egg and onion till sticky.
- 3 stir in flour and baking powder to reserved salmon juice.and then add all the ingredients together --
- 4 add enough bread crubs to form into small patties.and fry in hot grease till golden brown.
