- 1 (16 ounce) can salmon, partly deboned
- 1 garlic clove, quartered
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Recipe
- 1 puree the salmon in a food processor, using a steel blade.
- 2 add the lemon, garlic and butter; this procedure will take about 60 seconds "processing time".
- 3 place pate in a large serving bowl, cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
- 4 serve on crackers.
