Salmon Pate

Total Time: 6 hrs 25 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 6 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 (16 ounce) can salmon, partly deboned
  • 1 garlic clove, quartered
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Recipe

  • 1 puree the salmon in a food processor, using a steel blade.
  • 2 add the lemon, garlic and butter; this procedure will take about 60 seconds "processing time".
  • 3 place pate in a large serving bowl, cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
  • 4 serve on crackers.
