Salmon Patties

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 15 ounces salmon, canned
  • 1/2 large onion, diced
  • 1 rib celery, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3/4 cup puffed rice cereal
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 saute onions, garlic, and celery until softened.
  • 2 add to the salmon.
  • 3 add egg, cereal, mustard, salt and pepper.
  • 4 refrigerate at least an hour.
  • 5 form into patties and grill, 7 minutes per side.
