Ingredients

- 15 ounces salmon, canned
- 1/2 large onion, diced
- 1 rib celery, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup puffed rice cereal
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 saute onions, garlic, and celery until softened.
- 2 add to the salmon.
- 3 add egg, cereal, mustard, salt and pepper.
- 4 refrigerate at least an hour.
- 5 form into patties and grill, 7 minutes per side.
