Spicy Salmon And Egg Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 ounces salmon, cooked
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chile, bird, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon spring onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon coriander, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • mint leaf
  • cherry tomatoes, halved

Recipe

  • 1 beat eggs with salt and pepper to taste.
