Spicy Salmon Sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 7/8 cup light cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 pre-heat the oven to 400°f.
  • 2 place the salmon fillets on a baking tray and cook for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
  • 3 meanwhile, in a saucepan mix together the cream, chili flakes, lemon juice, basil, parsley and paprika. gently heat through on the stove, season to taste, then pour over the salmon.
