Spicy Salmon Sauce

Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 7/8 cup light cream
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 pre-heat the oven to 400°f.
- 2 place the salmon fillets on a baking tray and cook for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
- 3 meanwhile, in a saucepan mix together the cream, chili flakes, lemon juice, basil, parsley and paprika. gently heat through on the stove, season to taste, then pour over the salmon.
