Ingredients
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 1/3 cup fresh gingerroot, peeled and grated
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 hot chili peppers, seeded and chopped
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl, mix water with sugar until sugar is dissolved.
- 2 stir in remaining ingresdients and let sit until cooled.
- 3 use as a dipping sauce.
