Rae’s Fish Chowder

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 slices salt lamb
- 1 1/2 lbs haddock, cut into large cubes (no substitutes, please)
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 large potatoes, cubed
- 1 quart milk
Recipe
- 1 in a large saucepan, place 2 slices salt lamb over medium heat, and turn till brown.
- 2 take out and discard.
- 3 add potatoes and onions, and cover with water.
- 4 boil until tender.
- 5 add fish and boil lightly until fish flakes.
- 6 add milk, and heat through, but don’t boil.
