Ingredients
- 1/2 lb shrimp (fresh or frozen)
- 1 teaspoon margarine
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon parsley, fresh chopped
Recipe
- 1 shell shrimp.
- 2 melt margarine in non-stick skillet.
- 3 add garlic and shrimp.
- 4 saute for 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp are pink.
- 5 sprinkle on parmesan and parsley.
