Pan-fried Scallops With Asparagus And Spam

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 6 asparagus spears
  • 340 g spam
  • 6 scallops
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 6 tablespoons sour cream
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 steam aspargus for 10 minutes.
  • 2 warm butter in a large frying pan over medium heat.
  • 3 add spam and fry for 5-10 minutes until crisp like bacon, keep to the side.
  • 4 season scallops with salt and pepper.
  • 5 fry scallops in hot pan over high heat for 1-2 minute.
  • 6 turn and repeat on other side
  • 7 spoon sour cream onto serving plate and add spam on top with scallops and lay asparagus over top.
