Pan-fried Scallops With Asparagus And Spam

Ingredients

- 6 asparagus spears
- 340 g spam
- 6 scallops
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 6 tablespoons sour cream
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 steam aspargus for 10 minutes.
- 2 warm butter in a large frying pan over medium heat.
- 3 add spam and fry for 5-10 minutes until crisp like bacon, keep to the side.
- 4 season scallops with salt and pepper.
- 5 fry scallops in hot pan over high heat for 1-2 minute.
- 6 turn and repeat on other side
- 7 spoon sour cream onto serving plate and add spam on top with scallops and lay asparagus over top.
