Ingredients
- 2 lbs salmon fillets
- 10 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1 teaspoon oregano
Recipe
- 1 prepare smoker for a 4-hour smoke.
- 2 wash salmon and place in a large smoker safe pan.
- 3 cover with all other ingredients and place in smoker for 4 hours.
- 4 remove and serve.
