Smoked Mackerel And Cream Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 200 g cooked boneless smoked mackerel (approx)
  • squeeze lemon juice
  • black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 flake the fish into a bowl, mash in the cream cheese, add a good squeeze of lemon and plenty of black pepper.
  • 2 refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • 3 bloody lovely!
