Smoked Salmon Cracker Spread

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons onions, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 16 ounces salmon, drained, bones removed, flaked
  • pecans, chooped
  • fresh parsley, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 in small bowl beat cream cheese at medium speed, scraping bowl often until light and fluffy.
  • 2 add salt, lemon juice, onion, liquid smoke and horseradish. continue beating until well mixed.
  • 3 by hand stir in salmon.
  • 4 spoon into serving bowl. if desired garnish with peacans and parsley.
  • 5 serve with crakers, store refrigerated.
