Smoked Salmon Dip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4-1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 -5 green onions
  • 2 drops hot pepper sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

Recipe

  • 1 flake salmon fillets, set aside.
  • 2 chop green onion stalks.
  • 3 in a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream and heavy cream.
  • 4 add green onions, hot pepper sauce, lemon juice and worcestershire sauce.
