Smoked Salmon & Horseradish Pasta

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 7 ounces linguine
  • 5 ounces smoked salmon, cut into strips
  • 1/2 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 4 ounces spinach, roughly chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons horseradish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons creme fraiche
  • black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cook the linguine following the packet instructions.
  • 2 drain and then tip into a bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
  • 3 toss together and season heavily with black pepper.
