Smoked Salmon & Horseradish Pasta

Ingredients

- 7 ounces linguine
- 5 ounces smoked salmon, cut into strips
- 1/2 lemon, zested and juiced
- 4 ounces spinach, roughly chopped
- 1 1/2 tablespoons horseradish sauce
- 2 tablespoons creme fraiche
- black pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook the linguine following the packet instructions.
- 2 drain and then tip into a bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
- 3 toss together and season heavily with black pepper.
