Smoked Salmon Mousse

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 12 ounces smoked salmon (do not use brown part next to the skin)
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 large lemon, juice of
  • fresh cracked pepper, lots
  • chopped dill
  • chopped red onion
  • chopped egg
  • capers
  • serve with cracker

Recipe

  • 1 put in ingredients into food processor, blend until smooth.
  • 2 pour into mold lined in plastic wrap.
  • 3 chill several hours before serving.
  • 4 unmold onto a pretty plate.
  • 5 serve with condiments.
