Sardine And Vegetable Saute

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon roasted garlic granules
- 1 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1 bunch collard greens, chopped
- 2 yellow squash, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 (4 1/4 ounce) cans sardines in water, undrained
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon water
Recipe
- 1 place seasonings and vegetables into 1 gallon zip lock bag and tumble until all the vegetables are coated thoroughly.
- 2 empty coated vegetables into large skillet and saute 5 - 7 minutes over medium heat.
- 3 add sardines, tomato paste and water
- 4 stir thoroughly breaking sardines into small pieces.
- 5 saute 5 - 7 more minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- 6 serve and enjoy.
