Crustless Salmon Quiche

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (213 g) can salmon
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup bicks tangy dill relish
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or swiss)
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion

Recipe

  • 1 drain salmon, reserving liquid.
  • 2 in blender combine salmon liquid, eggs, milk, flour, and salt. blend until smooth.
  • 3 pour into a greased deep 10" pie plate.
  • 4 sprinkle salmon, relish, cheeses,and onion on top, pressing in lightly to coat cheese with egg mixture.
  • 5 bake @400f 25-35 min until set and golden.
  • 6 let stand 5 min before serving.
