Easy "hollandaise" Sauce

- 1/2 lb velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 combine velveeta cheese, milk and paprika in a saucepan; stir over low heat until velveeta is melted. stir small amout of hot mixture into egg; return to hot mixture. cook, stirring constantly, over low heat, until thickened. stir in juice. serve over hot, cooked vegetables or fish.
