- 12 oysters, in the shell
- 2 tablespoons bush tomatoes (ground akudjura)
- 1 tablespoon grated cheddar cheese
- kosher salt
Recipe
- 1 mix the akudjura with the grated cheddar cheese
- 2 top each freshly shucked oyster with two teaspoonfuls of the outback mixture.
- 3 sprinkle with a little salt.
- 4 heat under broiler to melt the cheese and serve.
