Oysters Outback

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 12 oysters, in the shell
  • 2 tablespoons bush tomatoes (ground akudjura)
  • 1 tablespoon grated cheddar cheese
  • kosher salt

Recipe

  • 1 mix the akudjura with the grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 top each freshly shucked oyster with two teaspoonfuls of the outback mixture.
  • 3 sprinkle with a little salt.
  • 4 heat under broiler to melt the cheese and serve.
