Fried Fish Without Any Oil

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tuna in water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1/4 cup yellow corn flour
  • 1 sprig green onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon oil (for frying)

Recipe

  • 1 in a bowl mix all the ingrediants.
  • 2 make four patties.
  • 3 in a non stick skillet pour a tsp of oil and fry both sides for 10 minutes or until browned.
