- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup yellow corn flour
- 1 sprig green onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon oil (for frying)
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl mix all the ingrediants.
- 2 make four patties.
- 3 in a non stick skillet pour a tsp of oil and fry both sides for 10 minutes or until browned.
