- 8 ounces linguine, cooked and drained
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 1 (6 1/2 ounce) can chopped clams
- 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 heat butter in 12-inch skillet.
- 2 add garlic and onion, cook till soft.
- 3 add tomatoes.
- 4 bring to a boil, reduce to simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
- 5 add clams and heat through.
- 6 serve over linguini, sprinkle with cheese.
