Linguini With Red Clam Sauce

Total Time: 18 mins Preparation Time: 8 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 ounces linguine, cooked and drained
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1 (6 1/2 ounce) can chopped clams
  • 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 heat butter in 12-inch skillet.
  • 2 add garlic and onion, cook till soft.
  • 3 add tomatoes.
  • 4 bring to a boil, reduce to simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
  • 5 add clams and heat through.
  • 6 serve over linguini, sprinkle with cheese.
